About The Artist
Gregory Daniel was born and raised in Portland, Oregon.
At about the age of 15, he bought his first acoustic guitar.
It was not long before he started writing his own music.
A few years later, he bought his first electric guitar, and continued
writing his own material, his audience being mostly friends and family.
Eight years later, at the age of twenty-three, he self-produced his debut album, entitled:
The Long Road.
G.Daniel greatly enjoys listening to music of all kinds,
from classic rock, such as Mötley Crüe, Journey, and Roxette,
to celtic groups, including Enya and Celtic Woman.
Also in his personal music collection is the eclectic harp playing of Andreas Vollenweider
and the celtic/rock violin music of Natalie Macmaster.
He has gathered inspiration from nearly all sources,
from songs heard on the radio or YouTube to music on a T.V. commercial.
Writing and composing is his passion,
and if others can enjoy the musical journey as well, then all the better!
